This website is operated by HengDa Model (Hong Kong) Co., Limited (“HengDa Model”, “we”). Our team is based in Chang’an Town, Dongguan, Guangdong, China. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, what we use it for, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you send a quote request from the contact page, we receive:
- Your name, email address, company name, and phone or WhatsApp number
- The manufacturing process, material and quantity you select, and your project description
- Any files you upload, such as drawings and 3D models
When you email or call us, we receive the information you choose to share.
Technical information. Like most websites, our server records basic technical data for each request, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. We use it to keep the website secure and to prevent abuse of the quote form.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how the website is used. It sets cookies and collects usage data such as the pages viewed and your approximate location. Google’s own privacy policy explains how it handles this data.
How we use it
- To review your request and prepare a quotation
- To reply to you and follow up on your project
- To keep records of enquiries and orders
- To protect the website from spam and misuse
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell it.
Files you upload
Drawings and models are stored on our server, outside the public part of the website. They can be downloaded only by HengDa staff who are signed in to our content system. We use these files to assess and quote your project. If you would like an NDA in place first, contact us before sending complete files.
Who can see your information
Your enquiry is handled by our sales and engineering staff in China. We do not provide your personal information to anyone outside HengDa Model, except service providers that help us run the website and email, or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to handle your request and to maintain our business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, as described in the next section.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our continued use of it. Email us at the address below and we will respond as soon as we reasonably can.
Cookies
Apart from the Google Analytics cookies described above, this website does not set cookies for visitors. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
