From a single prototype to repeatable low-volume production.
We plan milling, turning and multi-axis operations around your geometry, material and critical dimensions. Drawing review aligns datums, fits, tolerances, finishes and inspection before production.
CNC machining capabilities
CNC milling
Prismatic parts, pockets and multi-face features milled from metal or plastic stock, with set-ups planned around datums and critical features.
CNC turning
Round parts such as shafts, bushings and threaded features, turned and finished to the drawing.
Multi-axis machining
Complex surfaces and multi-face components machined with fewer set-ups where the geometry calls for it.
Drawing review
Datums, fits, tolerances and finish requirements are reviewed before machining so the part matches its function.

CNC machining design tips
- 01
Mark the critical dimensions
Call out the features that control fit or function and their tolerances; other dimensions can follow a general tolerance.
- 02
Allow radii on internal corners
Rotating cutters leave a radius in internal corners. If a corner must be sharp, note it so an alternative can be discussed.
- 03
Keep pockets and holes reachable
Very deep or narrow pockets need long tools and add cost. Share the function so depth and access can be reviewed.
- 04
Specify threads and finishes clearly
State thread standards and depths, and which surfaces need a specific finish or must be left as machined.

Which materials can you machine?
Common choices include aluminum, stainless steel, steel, copper and titanium, plus ABS, PC, PMMA, POM, nylon (PA) and PEEK. Exact grades are confirmed against your drawing and application.
What do you need for a quotation?
Send your 3D model (STEP is preferred; X_T, IGES and STL are also accepted) and 2D drawing, with material, quantity, critical dimensions, tolerances, finish and target lead time. We reply to quote requests within 24 hours. You can also contact us before every detail is finalized.
Can I start with one prototype?
Yes. The minimum order is 1 piece, and the same part can move on to low-volume production later. Cost and lead time depend on the part and project requirements.
What tolerances can you achieve?
CNC machining accuracy can reach ±0.01 mm, depending on material, dimensions and geometry. Mark the critical-to-function features on your drawing so they can be reviewed before production.
How long does it take?
Prototypes ship in as little as 3–5 days. Most projects take three to seven days, depending on the part.
Can we agree on an NDA first?
Yes. A customer NDA can be submitted for review before the full design package is shared. Raise special information-handling requirements at the start.
