Bring structure, assembly and finish together.
We review material, thickness, bends and joining requirements together. Hole placement, bend radii, assembly clearance and cosmetic requirements are considered before manufacturing.
Sheet metal fabrication capabilities
Cutting & forming
Flat patterns cut and bent into enclosures, brackets and structural parts, with thickness and bend requirements reviewed first.
Enclosures & brackets
Housings, panels, mounts and brackets prepared for assembly and low-volume production.
Assembly-focused review
Hole positions, bend radii and assembly clearances are checked against the drawing before production.
Coordinated finishing
Blasting, brushing and coating matched to the material and cosmetic standard.

Sheet metal fabrication design tips
- 01
Keep one thickness per part
A single sheet thickness keeps forming straightforward. Use separate parts if different thicknesses are needed.
- 02
Leave space near bends
Holes and slots too close to a bend can distort when the part is formed. Allow distance or ask for a review.
- 03
Use consistent bend radii
Matching bend radii across a part simplifies tooling and keeps flanges consistent.
- 04
Mark the cosmetic side
Indicate the visible side, protected surfaces and finish so handling and coating can be planned.

What should a sheet metal drawing include?
Material and thickness, bend lines and directions, hole positions, assembly clearances, and the cosmetic side or finish requirement.
What do you need for a quotation?
Send your 3D model (STEP is preferred; X_T, IGES and STL are also accepted) and 2D drawing, with material, quantity, critical dimensions, tolerances, finish and target lead time. We reply to quote requests within 24 hours. You can also contact us before every detail is finalized.
Can I start with one prototype?
Yes. The minimum order is 1 piece, and the same part can move on to low-volume production later. Cost and lead time depend on the part and project requirements.
What tolerances can you achieve?
Laser cutting accuracy is ±0.1 mm. Tolerances on bends and assemblies depend on material, thickness and geometry; mark the critical features on your drawing.
How long does it take?
Typically 3–7 working days, depending on the material.
Can we agree on an NDA first?
Yes. A customer NDA can be submitted for review before the full design package is shared. Raise special information-handling requirements at the start.
